Our coating solutions represent an environmentally friendly alternative to many other processes, as they contain a high proportion of inorganic components such as glass or ceramics. The coatings are applied in a spray process with only a few micrometers thickness. Through subsequent curing in the oven, a largely homogeneous glass structure is formed from the liquid silane-containing starting material. This contains no substances relevant to health or the environment and is therefore also suitable as a coating solution in food technology.

\nConsistent quality assurance is pursued for our process and the processes in production, sales, final inspection, and customer service. Therefore, our quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and continuously developed. With Nanoseal\u00ae and Saphiral\u00ae, EPG AG offers versatile and highly functional alternatives to traditional coating processes such as chrome plating and anodizing. Research and development are an important part of our business activities. The know-how of chemical nanotechnology is continuously expanded and deepened through ongoing research work in close contact with customers. EPG AG therefore has a broad IP portfolio that it has developed in a 15-year technology build-up.

EPG was founded in 2003 as a spin-off from the Leibniz Institute for New Materials (INM) in Saarbr\u00fccken. In 2006, EPG transformed into a stock corporation and simultaneously found a new production site in Henriville, France (Lorraine). To this day, the main branch is located in France, with only an office of the chairman and a small part of the administration in Germany.

\nIn December 2011, a French subsidiary was established - EPG-F S.a.r.l. - in which research and development activities for innovative metal and plastic coatings are bundled.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
